Data Engineer Answer Digital is looking to recruit a Data Engineer to play a vital role in supporting the digital transformation journeys of our clients. What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for someone who has experience guiding teams and supporting clients to use data to make better decision making. We have some exciting plans for our Data Capability in 2026, so if you’ve got a passion for building great teams and supporting our Data Engineer Academy then that would be great. Healthcare experience, or a passion for working across healthcare data projects is a bonus. What you’ll bring to Answer: It would be great if you also had experience in some of these, but if not we’ll help you with them: Understanding the role of a consultancy and sharing a passion for helping solve our customers problems - Designing and implementing complex data pipelines, leveraging both NoSQL and relational databases. - Develop and manage cloud-based data solutions, ensuring scalability and security. - Lead and mentor junior data engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth. - Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment of data services. - Proficiency in Python, S...
