Job Requirements: What your background should look like - Set up and operate various machines and assemble parts as directed by Cell Lead. - Read and understand bill of materials and blueprints of drawings. - Communicate with Cell Lead on all issues related to discrepancies on drawing or BOM. - Work closely with the Quality Department to conduct inspections during the production process and verify product meets customer specifications and industry standards. - Operate air and power tools as needed in order to aid in the manufacturing process. - Maintain productivity at levels that match or exceed production standards. - Follow safety rules and use safe procedures. - Keep all tools and supplies put away in the appropriate location on a daily basis. Keep work area clean and organized. - Perform other duties as assigned. - High school diploma or GED preferred - Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Excel. - Read and understand blueprints/drawi...
