QA/QC Inspector

Job description

The QA/QC Inspector plans and performs QA/QC inspections of the plant and material handling equipment as effectively and economically as possible while being consistent with plant policies, practices and procedures. Moreover, this individual will assist with safety management for the maintenance department as well as drives and manages the CIP. This teammate will need the ability to work in a team setting or independently on projects that will ensure the division reaches its goals. Qualifications: - Knows, understands, and follows all Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements. - Participates in incident investigations, audits of work performance, layered safety audits, and PM compliance. - Develop, prioritize, plan and schedule of required QA/QC procedures and management of required documentation in SAP. - QA/QC planning, scheduling and execution of QA/QC inspection (management of 3rd party if needed). - Meetings with Superintendent, Shift foremen and Contractors (3rd party) to manage work priority, develop job plans, define crafts and skills and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective and efficient work control plan. - Document Control for QA/...
