What is this job about?: You will bring Ethon to the manufacturers who need it most, owning new customer relationships from a first call to a signed contract across prospecting, discovery, demo, and negotiation. You don't need sales experience, but a track record that suggests you'll learn the craft fast. You pick the accounts, get in the door, and earn the trust of a plant manager who has seen existing solutions fail. You build the case for why Ethon is the answer, and you close the logo that becomes our next reference customer.
