Job Summary: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources consultation and support to designated business groups to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Actively participates in the development, planning, and implementation of engagement, compliance, and procedures in line with Sundt's strategic objectives. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Key Responsibilities: 1.
