Summary: Applicant must possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Agriculture, Education, Public Health, or a related field from an accredited college or university, along with a minimum of one year of verifiable experience in gardening, agriculture, environmental education, or community health education. The applicant must possess a valid California Drivers License with a safe driving record, DMV record required. Must have current CPR certification that complies with the guidelines set by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross. Certification may be obtained prior to orientation. Selected candidates must pass additional background checks required by community partners or school settings within the first 45 days of employment.
