Job Description: Position Summary: Assistant Branch Manager provides on-site leadership, motivation and direction for the service center staff, aligning the staff with Everwise Credit Union’s performance measures and member service expectations. Additionally, the Assistant Branch Manager directs daily service center operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, operations controls, and risk management as directed. Knowledge/Skills: - Assists and supports the Branch Manager in maintaining appropriate staffing levels, team member supervision, and on-going team member development through consistent training, coaching and development activities. - Assists and supports the Branch Manager in maintaining quality and professionalism of staff during their daily interactions with the membership. - Accepts primary responsibility for ensuring all branches procedures, processes, audits, and documents are in accordance with established Everwise Credit Union guidelines and regulations. - Supports and assists Everwise Branch Manager in growth and performance of the service center that aligns with Everwise Credit Union’s strategic direction as measured by performance measures and goals, w...
