Your job is more than a job The Practice Administrator plays a dynamic leadership role at the intersection of patient care, operations, and strategy—driving exceptional, family‑centered care while shaping the future of the practice. This position leads performance improvement, financial stewardship, and service innovation to enhance patient access, satisfaction, and outcomes. Partnering closely with system leaders, the Practice Administrator champions new programs, supports faculty growth, and builds a high‑performing, engaged team through thoughtful development and performance management—making a meaningful impact on patients, staff, and the organization every day. GENERAL DUTIES: Ensures the delivery of quality, cost effective patient care within family-centered care environment by coordinating and participating in service-based and cross-functional performance improvement activity that improves patient access/flow, patient/family satisfaction, referring physician satisfaction, research and clinical outcomes, or employee acquisition, satisfaction, and/or retention.
