We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants. Our Project Development Managers are responsible for driving the development process and laying the groundwork for a successful engineering design and sale. This includes qualifying project feasibility based on energy savings, project paybacks, customer needs, and applicable procurement and funding methods. This role will support the sales, engineering, and project management teams, and will involve extensive collaboration between both internal team members and customers. The Project Development Manager will also coordinate with performance assurance teams, including the EnergyIQ (EIQ) team and renewable system operations and maintenance (O&M) teams with utility data analytics and contracts ensuring ongoing performance.
