Position Summary Acuren is currently recruiting IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to support projects across the Central Region, providing crew leadership and ensuring safe, compliant execution of industrial work scopes. - The position will be based out of Sarnia, ON - Salary will be CA$55.00/hr based on certifications and experience Responsibilities: The IRATA Level 3 Technician will be responsible for the following: Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of technicians assigned to the crew Review and approve timesheets and Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs), addressing deficiencies and providing constructive feedback Provide technical guidance, mentoring, training, and ongoing skills development to team members Support the investigation and documentation of near misses, safety incidents, and non-conformances Act as the primary emergency contact, maintaining 24/7 availability by cell phone Step in to perform required services when additional personnel are unavailable Requirements: IRATA Level 3 Certification: Journeyman ticket (asset): Valid First Aid Certification: Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract Core Competencies: - Strong commitment to safety and q...
