What You’ll Do Leadership & Operational Support: - Serve as the primary backup to the General Manager; lead the DC in their absence. - Work closely with 3PL leadership to forecast labor needs, align daily workflow, and uphold productivity expectations. - Partner with Customer Service, IT, Quality, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Continuous Improvement & Performance: - Support and lead initiatives that reduce cost, improve workflow efficiency, and increase order accuracy. - Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions with 3PL partners and internal teams. - Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Execution & Problem Solving: - Oversee key warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and returns. - Investigate issues such as mis‑ships, system discrepancies, or product quality concerns; implement corrective actions quickly. - Lead critical DC administrative tasks such as reporting of inbound receipts, ensuring availability of warehouse supplies, coordination with building vendors, and document preparation for exports, cross-docks and factory direct shipments. - Suppo...
