Job description
As a Chauffeur (temporary contract) at Blacklane, you ensure our guests experience safe, reliable, and first‑class transportation in and around Berlin . You are the face of our brand on the road, combining excellent driving skills with premium guest service. YOUR CHALLENGE: - Safely transport guests between airports, hotels, offices, and other destinations, following all traffic and safety regulations. - Deliver a premium, discreet and courteous service at all times, acting as a trusted representative of Blacklane. - Plan routes efficiently, monitor traffic and adapt routes to ensure on‑time pickups and drop‑offs. - Assist guests with luggage and entry/exit from the vehicle when needed. - Keep the vehicle clean, well‑presented and refuelled; report any technical issues or damages promptly. - Use Blacklane tools/apps to receive rides, follow assignments, and document basic trip information. - Collaborate closely with the Operations team on schedules, special requests and issue resolution.
