Required Qualifications: - 2 years coding knowledge (CPT/ICD9/HCPCS), medical terminology and data entry work experience. - Excellent problem resolution experience. - Experience in ambulatory or acute care professional coding (CPT, ICD-9, HCPC). - Experience with chart auditing. - PC/CRT experience. - Experience in an Ambulatory Medical Office or Acute Care Facility. Preferred Qualifications: - Upon hire: AAPC or AHIMA coding-related credential - IDX experience. - Allscripts or ECW experience. - Ability to comprehend CRT screens and proficiency with MS Office software.
