Data Governance Specialist

About the role: We are currently seeking a Data Governance Specialist to join our team. This person will govern the data which flows from HR systems and applications under the direction of the Lead, HRIS Business Partner and to serve as a primary resource for performance data efforts which support the global Peabody Business Services (PBS) process including but limited to: Hire-to-Retire (H2R) and various PBS and non-PBS projects. This position will also serve as a back-up to the Employee Services Team by providing customer service and support for issues that arise concerning data services related to Human Resources (HR), Benefits and Payroll. The role will involve troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving issues to ensure that HR related systems run smoothly and data integrity is maintained. Duties will include: - Support US and Australian HR, payroll and IT teams with timely and accurate data management between SuccessFactors, UKG and SAP, including system maintenance, reporting, training, customer service and any additional modules. - Manage data integrations with downstream systems such as Employee Central Payroll, Benefits, OKTA. - Responsible for data compilation and analysis...
