Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring an Academic Dean at Empowerment’s Middle School. We are looking for this Academic Dean to have a keen focus on instruction. We have other school leaders who focus on administration and operations management. We want our Academic Deans to be focused on developing their academy’s cadre of teachers, and through them, the effectiveness of our instructional program. The particular “AD” vacancy that we have will oversee ELA and Social Studies Teachers at the Middle School. Our Middle School is 5th-8th Grade. This is for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond.
