Job Description: Key Responsibilities: You'll lead the full implementation lifecycle of Salesforce Data Cloud, from data acquisition and integration to quality assurance, activation, and ongoing use. You'll design and document scalable and robust solutions on-site with clients, translating business requirements into detailed technical tasks for offshore development teams. You'll serve as the primary technical expert for offshore resources, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You'll develop and execute sophisticated data-driven segmentation strategies to enable precise audience targeting and personalized customer journeys. You'll design, document, and implement comprehensive data models, pipelines, and transformations to support data ingestion, integration, and enrichment within Salesforce Data Cloud.
