Position Summary Director of Product Management, Performance advertising Role Overview: We are hiring a Director of Product Management to build and scale 0→1 performance AdTech products focused on e-commerce conversions. This role owns the strategy and execution of lower-funnel advertising products that directly drive purchases, revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition for e-commerce advertisers. This is a foundational, builder role for a leader who deeply understands performance advertising systems, e-commerce funnels, and outcome-based optimization. You will define the product vision, lead execution across engineering and data science, and represent the product with clarity and conviction to executives, customers, and go-to-market teams.
