About the team: The BOTS Solution Consultant team puts together network and voice design for our Clients. The network designs can range from backbone only connections to our datacenter to a fully managed network. We do this while providing excellent customer service for our internal & external customers. What you will be doing: Your primary role would be to ensure effective design development, Validation and support activities, to assure that our client is satisfied with high level of service in the technology domain. Work closely with members of the sales Team/Product teams and engineering teams in developing newer solutions and automation.
