Join us as a Operations Transformation Lead - Play a key leadership role in building the Operations Transformation team, focused on strengthening the bank’s operational capability by identifying simplification opportunities and delivering specialised support for bank-wide initiatives - You’ll lead a cross functional, critical portfolio of work that has a global scope - It’s a chance to take on a high exposure role and advance your career with us - You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend at least twice a week working from our London, Manchester or Edinburgh office What you'll do: You’ll lead a team of transformation professionals driving our operations transformation, identifying problems, designing solutions, and setting them up for delivery, always with clear customer outcomes at the centre. You’ll lead a strategic portfolio of work, taking accountability for all centrally run activities including Operations FTE tracking and delivery of the bank-wide productivity tool, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and franchises and influencing decisions in line with business objectives.
