Job description

This role will support for our SAP B1 and related systems for HYTORC to ensure that the software is operational and functional. The core responsibilities will include end user support, documentation, training and other related system tasks. This position will report directly to the SAP Systems Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Providing primary support, training and written instructions for our user base including How-To Documentation and/or videos. - Onboarding new users across multiple applications and working with them one on one providing an introduction to HYTORC’s business systems. - Learning table structures and relationships of all database products are integral to the operation of B1. - Documenting and analyzing business processes and procedures as they relate to B1 - Developing and maintaining knowledge of HYTORC’s business processes. - Providing implementation and support services during installations, upgrades and customizations. - Maintain and validate data/reports through mechanisms available within B1 SSRS, Excel Report Builder, and Crystal Reports. - Participate and contribute to various special projects and special assignments.
