FTE: 0.5 Shift: Days Schedule: Monday - Thursday Position Summary: The Perinatal Diabetic Educator is responsible to assess, plan, coordinate and implement diabetes counseling and education to pregnant diabetic patients, to include the development of care plans and self-management skills. This is a professional level position of working independently under limited direction and in collaboration with the Maternal Fetal Medicine physician. This position oversees all components of a particular area of expertise (diabetes in pregnancy).
