Job Title Senior Consultant Job Description Summary Senior Analyst will be part of the Pan European Capital Markets Group, supporting cross border investment origination and execution across European markets, with a primary focus on Logistics, and exposure to Living and Retail sectors. Job Description Key responsibilities: - Analysis of real estate investment opportunities and pricing potential across European markets, including coordination of inputs from local country teams, for pitching and origination purposes. - End‑to‑end support and project management of cross‑border transaction origination, including formal pitching processes and brokered investment transactions (with potential supporting debt mandates). - Execution support for buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, including preparation of marketing materials, coordination of due diligence, data room management and negotiation support. - Execution or oversight (in coordination with local teams) of real estate analysis, financial modelling, return assessment and business case evaluation. - Active participation in pan‑European transaction teams and close cooperation with Capital Markets, Capital Sourcing and sector specialists.
