Director of Human Resources and Training Reports To: Chief Financial Officer: Direct Reports: HR Generalists, Training Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager Location: On-site in Knoxville, Tennessee. Job Summary: The Director of Human Resources and Training provides strategic guidance and operational oversight for human resources and training functions across the organization. This role serves as a key advisor to executive leadership, aligning HR and training strategies with staffing and workforce needs while ensuring compliance, consistency, and effective program delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR & Executive Partnership: - Partner with the executive committee and senior leadership on HR and workforce-related matters. - Align HR and training strategies with organizational staffing goals and operational needs. - Provide expert guidance and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
