The Patient Access Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the core values of Care Options for Kids (COFK). This role involves entering various types of referrals into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, completing Medicaid insurance verifications, maintaining and processing medical records, and coordinating services by contacting physician offices, requesting documentation, and managing incoming faxes.
