Job description

We are looking for a talented School Psychologist for the school year. Hourly Rate Range : $52.00-$66.00 per hour - FMLA - Grade Level: Pre-K/EC - Start and End Date: August 11, 2025--December 1, 2025 - Estimated Caseload: P robably be 10-15 full case studies and screening of around 40-50 students for the duration of the leave. Responsibilities would include: - Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students’ academic, cognitive, and social-emotional needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. - Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop intervention strategies. - Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed. - Maintain confidential records and documentation per Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and IDEA guidelines. - Provide training and consultation for staff on mental health, behavior management, and student wellness.
