City : Gibson City State : Illinois (US-IL) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 44936 A Day in the Life: Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations. Support the Plant Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity. What You'll Be Doing: - Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common - Oversee assigned facility production activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency. - Manage monthly sanitation inspections and lead, monitor and ensure corrective actions are completed as necessary. - Track and report facility productivity improvements - Approve daily reports and KPRs for department, may be responsible for two or more departments. - Support and develop Crush, Refinery, Milling and/or Packaging Supervisors in operations issues and trouble shooting. - Assist the Plant Manager in planning annual shutdowns - Oversee the Process Safety Management programs, where applicable - Work with the Safety/Environmental Manager to ensure co...
