Director of Facility Space Planning 260000OV Description The Director of Facility Space Planning & Program Management provides strategic leadership for facility planning, space management, program management (finishes, furnishings, signage, and art), and design initiatives across the health system. This role ensures alignment with the Facilities Master Plan and the organization’s strategic direction, supporting growth, modernization, and operational excellence. The Director will collaborate closely with Facilities/Engineering, Construction Project Management, and Strategic Planning to deliver creative, efficient, and financially sound facility solutions that meet evolving real estate and space needs. This leader manages a high‑performing team of space planners and program managers and is responsible for the planning and design of projects from feasibility through implementation.
