Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Technician, Bank, on a full-time permanent basis with our Corporate Accounting team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Previous bank reconciliation experience is an asset. What you’ll do: Process daily banking transactions including Direct Cheque and EFT files and resolve any issues with the bank as they arise. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts daily, ensuring balances are accurate and discrepancies are investigated and resolved in collaboration with Finance. Prepare monthly reconciliations for 20+ bank accounts, complete journal entries, and support external audit requirements. Contribute to financial system projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Other duties as required.
