Job Description: Job Title FXPB Client Service Representative Corporate Title Associate: Location New York: Overview: Sitting within the FXPB Client Service Team, you as Client Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for many of the Bank’s top tier clients who trade a wide range of FX (Foreign Exchange) products. You’ll be well placed to develop existing Client relationships and build new Client relationships across the Market. Furthermore you’ll be working on innovative projects involving the development of our FX Prime Brokerage. You will act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders in the FXPB and wider FX Business, and will be expected to role-model excellence and drive forward the evolution of our FXPB offering and Client Service model. With global representation, the FXPB team provide client coverage 24 hours, utilising a follow-the-sun model with teams based in Asia, Europe and in the US, Client Services representatives are able to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate to implement continuous process improvements and new solutions.
