We are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to join a growing Elective General Surgery program in Arkansas. This permanent opportunity offers a non-trauma, elective-focused practice, providing a predictable schedule and excellent work–life balance. Position Details: Practice Type: Elective General Surgery Trauma: None Schedule: Flexible scheduling with approximately 183 shifts per year Focus on planned surgical cases and outpatient/inpatient elective procedures Key Responsibilities: Perform a full range of elective general surgery procedures Conduct endoscopic procedures, including EGD and colonoscopy Participate in the growth and development of the elective surgery program Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care: Maintain accurate and timely documentation: Requirements: Board Certified in General Surgery: Active Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience with endoscopy and EGD procedures required Strong communication skill...
