Position Function: Responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive non-formal, experiential educational program in the area of positive your development (4-H). The Extension Agent serves as a member of the county team to determine effective programming priorities and delivery methods for the community. Salary Grade : 14: Please see Staff Compensation Structure or Skilled Crafts and Service Maintenance Compensation Schedule for salary ranges. For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Department Profile: This position is based in Louisville, MS at the Winston County Extension Office. Area of Specialization: 4-H Youth Development Anticipated Appointment Date: May 2026. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The 4-H Youth Development Agent is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that support positive youth development in Winston County, Mississippi.
