You’ll be providing support and guidance to our teams on land development projects. Experience in workplaces involving earthmoving and heavy plant is essential to be successful in this role. Please note that this is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position based on site. You will need to be available for site operational hours from 7am to 5pm. What your day will look like: - Supporting the WHS team to implement strategies aimed at safety culture and managing hazard risks. - Coaching and advise business leaders to improve the use of WHS tools and processes in the field. - Conducting infield verifications of the use and outputs of WHS tools and processes. - Assisting with the incident information collection for any Incident (ICAM) Investigations. - Analysing data and trends for weak signals and take...
