Party Host Manager Description INTRODUCTION: The Party Host Manager organizes all aspects of birthday parties and group events including contacting interested individuals, managing reservations in PoS and scheduling staff. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Hires, trains, schedules and supervises team of up to 15 party hosts - Provides courteous customer service and responds to customer’s questions, complaints or requests. Directs any unresolved issues to the General Manager - Assists supervised staff in their job performance during peak activity periods or as required - Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requests and reservations - Oversee/provide clean up following parties - Ensure that party schedule and details are completed accurately and on time - Order and manage pizza delivery and inventory of party supplies - Operates Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactions - Develop and implement post-party follow up and referral process - Create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests - Partner with Marketing team to develop and facilitate a marketing plan to drive more parties - Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to custo...
