Wood require 12 x Safety Coaches for our ENI Contract. The Safety Coaches will be mobilising from Blackpool and it will be for 6 months on a 2/2 rotation. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Safety Coach to join the team offshore, supporting construction and operations in a dynamic, high‑risk environment. This role is central to driving safety performance across active work fronts, ensuring the workforce is fully engaged, aware, and committed to safe working practices. You will be a visible presence on deck, working closely with construction crews to reinforce safe behaviours, lead risk assessments, support hazard analysis, and promote a proactive safety culture aligned with operational standards.
