Description What Will You Do?: The Parts Warehouse Associate will be responsible for creating loyal customers by providing exceptional customer experiences through the accurate pulling, checking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. As well as maintain strict inventory accuracy through accurate and detailed check-in and put-away of our weekly stock order from Toro. Second Shift Details: To grow and build a successful career with Wesco Turf, you will be responsible for: - Daily working hours can range Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. - Training will occur during the day shift, and when ready, the team will transition to the second shift with a pay differential. - Pick 500+ lines daily with 99.94% accuracy. - Accurately pull and label parts for sales orders and service department. - Assist customers with pickup orders when needed. - Identify correct shipping methods for timely processing. - Understand warehouse location system for efficiency. - Match RGA paperwork to sales orders when necessary. - Pull and pack freight orders for shipping via Wesco Turf truck or LTL. - Put away return-to-stock items and maintain a clean work area. - Pack 500+ lines daily, prevent...
