Job description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair duties for residential/commercial properties and facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AC/HVAC systems, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance repairs. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems Troubleshoot and repair AC/HVAC systems: Complete basic electrical repairs and maintenance Perform painting, drywall repair, and touch-up work Handle plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition Report major repair needs to management Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm: Pay Rate: Up to $23 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE AVENTURA AREA!
