Position Summary: Primarily responsible for promoting and selling entire mix of Polyglass products in his/her territory while developing relationships with distribution, consultants, contractors, and architects. In addition to meeting a monthly budgeted sales plan, the TSR will assist with helping forecast trends and acquire competitive information. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Primary responsibility is to actively prospect new distributors, contractors and specifiers. - Responsible to attend joint sales calls with the RSL as well as lead individual sales calls to develop the business. - Maintains existing sales and grow additional sales at current customer base under the direction of the RSL. - Meets the assigned sales budget for the district. - Attends regular sales and strategy events with key distribution partners. - Explores project leads / opportunities that are in an assigned geographical sales district. - Reports product problems, competitive activities, and new sales opportunities at existing accounts in sales district. - Facilitates presentations to architects, specifiers, distributors, etc. - Conducts timely and effective reports. - Effectively plans and organizes w...
