Job description

We are looking for aTransport, Trade & Logistics Specialistfor a company in Nyköping. Start is ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Nyköping. They offer a flexible workplace with regular office presence in Nyköping and at the warehouse in Norrköping to support collaboration and team spirit. You will be mainly accountable for: Transportation : Optimize Logistics: Support the selection and management of forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring efficient and documented loading/unloading processes. Monitor Performance: Verify billing accuracy, prepare transportation performance reports, and track KPIs and costs. Resolve Issues: Handle service quality concerns, claims, and operational challenges with forwarders, ensuring seamless import/export documentation. Trade Compliance : Ensure Compliance: Provide guidance on export control and customs regulations, maintain accurate records, and conduct audits. Manage Data & Processes: Support system improvements, maintain master data, and assist with import/export transactions.
