Customer Experience Coordinator (Inside Sales) Location: Jefferson Hills, PA: Department: Inside Sales Reports to: Customer Experience Supervisor Position Summary: The Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC) plays a key role within the Inside Sales team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting sales performance and operational efficiency . This role serves as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, order flow, and service coordination, ensuring timely responses, accurate communication, and effective internal collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused , and comfortable communicating technical information clearly via phone and email.
