Senior Coordinator Geraldton: - Permanent Part-Time Opportunity - 22.8 hours/week (0.6FTE) - Based in Geraldton ABOUT THE ROLE: Ngala is seeking suitable candidates to join as a Senior Coordinator in Geraldton. This role will provide leadership to the Geraldton team to support the coordination of a diverse range of community programs and services enhancing outcomes for children and families. It will be responsible for guiding and ensuring high quality provision of services which align with Ngala’s strategic priorities and purpose. DUTIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide effective people leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports to ensure programs/services are delivered to a high standard. - Oversee the implementation of programs/services ensuring contractual obligations are met effectively and efficiently. - Maintain oversight of financial performance of allocated cost centres. - Contribute to strategic planning and service integration. - Perform day to day operational tasks/activities.
