As a Foreman with Johnson Plumbing, you will have the opportunity to: · Play a significant role on each required project by safely and skillfully supervising, coordinating, inspecting, and performing the assembly, installation and repair of plumbing components, subsystems, and systems during the construction, finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities. · Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to plumbing crew consisting of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices. · Ensure safety, budget, job quality, and timely completion of each assigned project is achieved. · Study job specifications, contract documents, BIM models, schedules, and drawings to plan procedures for construction based on starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, using the knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building me...
