The opportunity We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant who will ensure that our customers receive their deliveries of important products on time. In this role, the contingent worker will be a central point of contact between our sales team and our customers, handling the entire order process from registration to delivery follow-up. How youll make an impact Handle customer orders from registration to delivery, with a focus on accuracy and fast execution. Create and follow up on invoices. Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate order status and resolve any issues. Follow up on payments and ensure that all documentation is in place throughout the order cycle. Adapt to customer-specific needs and handle changes efficiently during the process. Work closely with internal teams such as sales, tenders, production and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience. Monthly project reviews with management team to follow up on delivery, the financials and execution of the full project process.
