Job description

Detailed Description: - Manages Fracturing and Wireline operations at the wellsite and is accountable for their exceptional Service Delivery. - Meets regularly with customer on wellsite to coordinate job-related activities. - Directs field crews and equipment to carry out contracted services and accomplish company/client objectives and logistics. - Recognizes risks associated with the operation, and reduces these risks to as low as reasonably possible. - Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at location, and takes the necessary actions to manage the change. - Ensures that all employees and contractors at the work site are in compliance with safety standards and other, relevant standards. - Manages all personnel to ensure they are competent to drive and/or operate their assigned equipment. - Intervenes unsafe acts and violations of safety practices, including but not limited to stopping or suspending operations as considered appropriate to ensure HSE standards and operational procedures are met according to company’s policies and relevant state and federal regulations - Ensures that the correct people are available, trained and understand their responsibiliti...
