The Role: To carry out activities to ensure Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) and Patients are provided with high quality, safe and efficient nursing services within the Marion Medical Centre as a Practice Nurse Team Leader. Key Responsibilities: Direct Patient Care Activities: - In the Treatment Room (or otherwise) and in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Standing Orders, conduct a range of direct patient care activities. - Direct patient care activities may include; administering vaccinations and assisting with catch up schedules, administering medications, conducting ECG, spirometry and other diagnostic tests, wound care, bandaging and plastering, removal of sutures, triage and emergency management, pre-employment medical screening and workcover injury management and set up and...
