Position Title: Strategic Communications & Engagement SME Location: Chantilly, VA: Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Citizenship required: OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Strategic Communications & Engagement Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide executive‑level communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational messaging, and leadership support to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office. This role requires exceptional communication acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate confidently in high‑visibility headquarters environments. Key Responsibilities: Draft written and visual communication materials tailored to diverse internal and external audiences. Develop communication plans in coordination with leadership and internal stakeholders. Prepare executive briefings, talking points, reports, presentations, and messaging products. Assemble, review, and provide guidance on electronic Staff Summary Sheet (SSS) packages. Communicate effectively with offices and stakeholders across all leadership levels.
