Job description

We are hiring for a Project Manager in our Buffalo, NY office. Duties: - Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of drilling projects. - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations. - Lead and mentor project team members to promote efficiency and professional growth. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years project management experience in environmental or geotechnical drilling industry. - Strong understanding of drilling operations and techniques. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. - OSHA and HAZWOPER certifications are beneficial.
