Your future starts here You join the Second and Third Offerings team, a dynamic group managing a portfolio of B2C brands marketed under names other than “Swisscom.” Working at the core of service quality and innovation, you will help ensure reliable operations, improve user experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Within this team, you are responsible for Level 3 tickets. Your duties include: - Analyzing and resolving tickets - Identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions related to these tickets - Acting as the interface between support teams and application managers - Overseeing business processes within the applications - Testing routers and TV set-top boxes during software or hardware updates Your skills: With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
