Client Service Representative Located in sunny Hollywood, Florida, Emerald Hills Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital dedicated to serving Broward County since 1988. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in a polite and timely manner, both in person and over the phone Schedule appointments, record keeping and organization, provide estimates and invoices for payment Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front office area Willingness to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members Constantly advance your knowledgebase and customer service skills Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in veterinary or medical practice required Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required (retail, food and beverage, etc.) Computer experience and proficiency required (email usage, word/excel, operation of office equipment such as, fax machine, copy machine, and postage meter) Must possess basic math skills to determine proper deposits, make change, and process payments utilizing credit card and check terminal, Excellent communication skills wi...
