Overview: The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting Joby Aviation’s operational readiness across our Dayton area facilities. This position is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, supporting production and workplace operations, and ensuring all facilities remain safe, functional, and aligned with Joby’s standards. As Joby scales production its footprint, this role is essential in maintaining equipment reliability, responding to facility issues, and supporting the Facilities Manager in executing daily operational tasks.
