JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Compensation Analyst at Argano Performs people support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and policies and programs in the US and Canada. Provides review and oversight of job descriptions and evaluates market placement. Conducts internal equity analysis and makes recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practices. Aids on salary administration, ensures compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and other applicable laws. Trains management, people and the people team on compensation policies and annual salary increase guidelines, etc. Prepares special studies and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options. RESPONSIBILITIES: EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
